We are very happy with our Caudill's security system. We upgraded from SimpliSafe and it is miles better and surprisingly not that much more expensive considering all the extra benefits. One of the best parts is the service. Kevin has been very helpful and goes above and beyond to be sure we are getting the most out of our system. We sleep better knowing we have this security system.

I hired Caudill's to replace non-working smoke/ carbon monoxide detectors in my home which was scheduled for the following week. they called me late on Thursday offering to do the installation that afternoon. I blew out my phone wires by plugging an old phone that evidently had a short in it. Spectrum couldn't fix it and I had called three other electrical companies who either said they couldn’t fix it or they might could fix it. After seeing your commercial on TV, I called. Jonathan called me back and sounded very confident and knowledgeable so we made an appointment. I cancelled with other companies because I felt more confident with Jonathan. Jonathan and his helper (Sorry I can't remember his name) came out yesterday and fixed the problem!! They were great!! Very courteous and professional. I have been without my landline for a week so it is great to have it back! I knew I had made the right decision and went with the best!! I highly recommend Caudill’s.

Two of the nicest guys fromCaudill’s replaced the batteries in my light filtering shade which Caudill’s had installed several years ago over my half moon window in a 2 story front hallway. They did a beautiful job and were so patient and neat.They also fixed my alarm system, which they had upgraded at the same time they installed the new automatic shade. These guys, Robert and Ethan, are the best. They are so kind and sincere and I spent a pleasant 90 minutes on a beautiful sunny day with these gentlemen. Quick, great SAME DAY SERVICE which is amazing! We needed to remove some old standard outlet and replace them with GFCI outlets in our home. We made some local online inquiries and most of the handyman services that responded didn't have an electrical license. Caudill's checked all the boxes, local, licensed, good reviews. Frank was the service technician that came out. Frank worked quickly, installed all the GFCI units and cleaned up afterwards. He kept us informed throughout the process. When done all the outlets were working and the cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely call on Caudill's Electric again for any future electrical needs.

Great service!! I wanted to replaced the ceiling lightening in one of my rooms. I called Caudill and asked if they would provide me with a quote. They repaired several bad outlets, 2 broken switches, loose breaker switch in my panel and repaired the double lugs in my electrical panel that were not to code, also found a short in a wire in my ceiling! A half day job turned into a full day job with the rain and Zach and Ben were professional, helpful and got the job done right. Casey and Franklin assessed the job the first day and Casey came back to oversee the job on Friday. Thankful that they were able to work so quickly to run a new wire underground to our septic tank.

I had Caudill's out for 2 jobs. A new outlet added and a new circuit put in so they could hardwire an EV car charger. Franklin came out with Joey on one trip and Zack on the other. Very professional and cleaned up any mess they made. Franklin thought through the job and made the least visual impact to my home. He ran into an issue and was very methodical with his troubleshooting and solved the issue. I have other electrical tasks on my To-Do list and will be calling Caudill's back.

Caudill’s came out and installed 5 security cameras around the outside of my house. Kevin was very thorough with explaining how the cameras worked and what was best for my home. He came out within 24 hours and walked around my property with me and gave his suggestions on what we actually needed. Within a week of ordering the cameras Ben and Ben were out to install them, they told us everything they would be doing and installed everything nicely. Kevin came back after everything was installed and showed us how to work the app for the cameras and set everything up how we wanted. We are very pleased with the services we were offered.
