Fantastic experience with Caudill's security team! Ethan has tremendous expertise in security! Ethan came to our home, listened to our needs, and made expert recommendations on upgrading our security system, best camera placements and viewing angles, etc. After the installation, he ensured that we had the best camera viewing angles and that I knew how to use the app's advanced camera features. Christian did a wonderful job with the installation! He has a lot of technical knowledge about the security equipment, answered all our questions, and showed me how to use the app. Christian ensured that we were happy with the viewing angle for each camera. Im sitting here reading all these great reviews and just seeing where I went wrong. So far I only called for a quote. Called the 24th of July ( Friday ) got called back on Monday the 27th. Set up an appointment and the gentleman came out and did a walk through of what all I wanted done. Said he would be back in contact in a few days. Well over a week later I get a email NOT a call saying he was put out in the field helping and that he would get that quote to me by the beginning of the next week. The email came in on Aug 11th. Today is Aug 31st and yet no quote. Maybe its because I didnt buy the merchandise there cause I was only interested in hiring out their skills. So im glad all the others had good experiences. .ill just seek elsewhere and maybe there they will atleast have the respect to call someone even if they dont won't the business.

I called Caudill and they got here very quickly. Two electricians, Ben and Levi, both knew their craft very well. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was quite satisfied with their work and I would gladly call them again. 5 out of 5 stars.

This was our first experience with Caudill’s and my wife and I were very impressed. Levi and Dominic were great! They were very professional, knowledgable, courteous and friendly. We needed two faulty outlets replaced and a bathroom light fixture installed. They worked very efficiently, explained the issues as they performed the work, and cleaned everything up when the work was complete. We would definitely use their service again. Awesome job Levi and Dominic!!

I had accumulated five various issues to address at our new home we had moved into a year ago. After searching, I selected Caudill's and visited their office. Tim Snow in the office looked at my list, asked some solid questions, and got me scheduled in just a few minutes. Dillion then came to my home on the scheduled day and jumped on the list. First, I am amazed at how quick he addressed them all. Second, he came very well prepared with the needed parts having reviewed my list I gave Tim. This was an invaluable step in saving time. Third, he suggested some creative ways to address items particularly to the feed to our TV/sound bar setup. That came out much better than I expected. Bottom line, I've found an electrical service and electrician in our new town! Thank you Caudills!

Had the electric go out at work, called them to come take a look. They came within 1 business day and even called me in the morning to ask if they could come early. Craig popped in, identified the problem and got it fixed within 3 hours. Fantastic work, now we're back up and running! Thank you Caudill.

I've used Caudills now twice - once for electrical and once for home audio. From the quote to the install, they are friendly and easy to work with. Would highly reccomend!

I have hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my house that had reached the end of their service life and needed to be replaced. I called Caudill's Electric and they assured me that they could perform this service for me, and they were able to work my job into their schedule that afternoon thanks to someone else's cancelation. I received a phone call from my service team to let me know that they were approximately 30 minutes away, which was an appreciated courtesy. When Levi and Jake arrived, they were friendly and polite to me, my family, and my pets. They worked quickly and professionally, and had my new system installed in short order. Thank you to Levi, Jake, and the whole team at Caudill's for a great experience. I highly recommend Caudill's for any of your electrical service needs.

Used Caudill’s for the third time this year to do something at my house today and I was impressed again by the professionalism and execution of service. The quote I received was very accurate. Joey and his team did a great job with refitting my kitchen and bathroom can lights, switching to led bulbs in closets, and installing surge protector. I’ve also had fans installed by Ben and team and safety inspection done by Franklin. Would recommend this local business and use their services again.

We are in the finishing stages of a kitchen remodel. Last minute, we discovered that three switches in our kitchen needed to be replaced. Getting these switches replaced was keeping our tile contractor from finishing our tile backsplash. I placed a call to Caudill's at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Franklin Guzman replied within 15 minutes. He was on site in less than 30 minutes. He had the repair completed within the hour. His sense of urgency, professionalism and out of the box thinking saved us time and money. Franklin is a true professional! We will be a Caudill's customer for life.

The work done to upgrade Bethania Moravian Church was completed on time and at the cost quoted. They also service and inspect our equipment. Always should up when asked and on time.

Great service. Came out the same day after the big snowstorm. Diagnosed my issue quickly. Franklin was amazing and explained everything. Would highly recommend.

Jared and Matt did a fantastic job mounting and setting up my new television. I would definitely contact Caudills again for any future needs.

Called Wednesday, they showed up Thursday am on time; they listened to what I wanted (and continued to check in with me as issues developed), they did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. Both Jared and William spent a lot of time in a hot, cramped and dirty attic, and got not only the pulls done I really needed, but managed to do two additional ones on my "want but could live without" list. After they left I hooked up all the cables to my network and all worked. On top of all that they were pleasant to work with (despite being baked in the heat). Well done! Update 1/29/2026: Called them back to install two speakers in a very difficult to access location. As usual, work was done well and correctly, this time by Jared and Matt, and done in a cooperative way with my preferences. Thank you.
