Called Wednesday, they showed up Thursday am on time; they listened to what I wanted (and continued to check in with me as issues developed), they did excellent work, and cleaned up after themselves. Both Jared and William spent a lot of time in a hot, cramped and dirty attic, and got not only the pulls done I really needed, but managed to do two additional ones on my "want but could live without" list. After they left I hooked up all the cables to my network and all worked. On top of all that they were pleasant to work with (despite being baked in the heat). Well done!Update 1/29/2026: Called them back to install two speakers in a very difficult to access location. As usual, work was done well and correctly, this time by Jared and Matt, and done in a cooperative way with my preferences. Thank you.

Guzman and his group were great. We had an outlet fail the day before Thanksgiving, and our outdoor fridge—with the turkey inside—was on the line. First, Caudill's was very easy to work with in scheduling an appointment. They were very understanding when I had to reschedule twice. The day they were to come, they arrived on time. It was a master electrician accompanied by an apprentice. I needed two outlets replaced. They did so in less than 20 min. Very efficient, polite and courteous. They were clean and well groomed. All in all it was a 5 star experience UNTIL it came to the bill. I had been quoted $125 to replace the two outlets. Yes, that is high and I know how to do it myself but can no longer do it. I agreed to the price. However, when they handed me the bill it was for $209!!!!!!! More than a 65% increase over their quoted price!!!! I could understand if it had taken them 90 min to do it, but it took less than 20 min. When I called to complain that the price was far higher than what I was quoted, I was told someone would call me the next day. I asked to speak to the owner but was told she was a state senator and down in Raleigh, but that someone would reach out to me. No one ever called. I had other jobs I needed an electrician for and this was a test run to see how they did. As much as I liked the two gentlemen who came, I am NOT going to hire a company that pads its' bill by 65%. I just want to warn prospective customers about their false quotes. I would have left 5 stars if they had honored their original quote. Plus it didn't take TWO men to change TWO outlets. Again, Ben and Levi, the two electricians were great. I just can't afford a company that pads it's bills.

Recently I contacted Caudill's to schedule some minor repairs at our home. The 2 techs/electricians who came out were Joey and Jordan. They were prompt (actually early), professional and very courteous. After completing the repairs that I discussed with the office, they made some recommendations that make sense & will be money savers for us. I will definitely use Caudill's again and would recommend them to anyone, homeowner or business,. Fair, friendly and professional. I am very satisfied with the service provided and the price paid.

Jared and Joey showed up early and fixed our circuit breaker problem quickly. Due to their professionalism, they also noted a few other minor issues in the breaker box and took care of those at the same time and then even helped me find a problem with a light switch and fix that also in seemingly no time at all. We have been long term Caudill clients, and it is obvious this is a company that passes the test to stay on a person's list of the only place to call when you need something done with electricity!! We have had amazing experience with this company!Our first interaction involved an issue where a whole leg of power was not connected to our house. My husband called and they immediately advised us to get in touch with the power company, saying they didn’t want to have to charge us to come out just to tell us the same.I called yesterday about an issue and they were able to come out today to do the work! Ben and Levi were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! They showed up ahead of their arrival time, and called to let me know when they were on their way. They were also very personable and made me feel very comfortable with them! Not only did they handle the issue we called them for, but they also did a replacement on a part prior to failure!They also offer safety inspections, if needed! I needed some work done to add a few outlets and have a service line to the carport replaced. Casey came out and walked through everything that I needed done and asked specific questions about my project and had a quote to me within 24 hours.Ben and Joey came out the next week about 830 in the morning and walked through every aspect of the project before starting. Both guys were very friendly and professional and worked hard until lunch time, took a break to eat and came back to finish up by around 4:00.I'm more than happy with how they worked and how my project turned out. They made sure I had the outlets where I wanted them and made sure it was done in a way that satisfied me.I will highly recommend Caudill's and their team for their customer service and quality of work. Now I can start using my new outlets and not worry about the service line to my carport getting damaged again!

I have used Caudill's electric for 3 jobs now, the last one being a challenging troubleshooting of a residential circuit. The Technician, Franklin, called when he was on his way, arrived earlier than the appointment time, was polite and professional. He worked his tail off to find the problem, was willing to show the issue to me and how he made the repair. He also re-wired the endpoint using best practices that leave the job better than it was before it went bad.Highly recommend Caudill's for consistently professional and high quality work.

They came here on Tuesday Sept.10, 2024. They sent a two men crew for one man job, to replace head of outside light. It did not take them long, 30 Min. They gave me a bill of $ 380.00 for labor of two men crew. Total bill $489.42.I don't want to see them again ever.On 9/13/24, Casey from Caudill's called me and offered me $100 to take down my review on Google. I told him to keep the money. They tried to con me and have overcharged me. Perhaps, they thought that this senior citizen will be an easy pushover by sending two men for a one-man job and charging me for both. I will never call them again.P.S. Just saw my credit card balance online, and I have a refund of $190 from Caudill's that is pending.

My mom is 91. Neither she nor or are electricians. We don't know when work has or has not been properly done. We assume the professionals know what they're doing. Mom had supplied Caudill's with the model number of her new stovetop so that they could look up the specs for the new wiring she needed. I don't know how the communication breakdown occurred, but the appliance technician who came to install the stovetop assured me that any licensed electrician should know to include a junction box. It's a safety precaution. The electricians at Caudill's did not install a junction box. The kind appliance guy from Wagner's made a special trip to the hardware store to get what we needed. But I am a little disgruntled that Caudill's electricians didn't know to do this. For the exorbitant price Mom paid, they should have.
